Miloš Horák is the kind of old man people underestimate. Once. Wiry, sharp, and stubbornly alive, he carries his eighty-plus years like an inconvenience rather than a burden. His long white beard and the constellation of talismans hanging from his neck give him the look of a wandering alchemist, but the bright, mischievous glint in his eyes betrays a mind still quicker than most.
He dresses like a retired professor: tweed, waistcoat, polished shoes. But the cane he leans on is more weapon than support, and the runes etched into its wood are as old as the rituals he mutters under his breath. Every gesture hints at a lifetime spent walking the thin line between scholarship and danger.
Miloš is both gentleman and mad scientist: Polite to a fault, yet perfectly willing to blow a hole in a wall to test a theory. Behind his dry humor and grandfatherly warmth lies the steel of someone who survived history’s darkest times and learned to smile anyway.
